The bride had told me early on that her colors were orange and pink, and so I designed several templates and backgrounds using orange and pink. Once she had her engagement pictures taken, she decided that she would just like to have simple writing on the picture with no extra backgrounds. I guess I learned my lesson to never start working on an announcement until I've seen the engagement pictures! This is the sample she chose (5 x 7):
