So... How Does it Work?
People email me their pictures and tell me what they want it to say, what size they want, colors, ideas, etc.  I design a sample and email it back for them to proof/request revisions.  After we get the design finalized, people can have me print it and mail it to them, or they can print it themselves.

Wait, You Said I Can Print It Myself?
Yes.  I actually even prefer it if you make your own printing arrangements because I mostly just love to design.  Printing it yourself saves you a ton of money and me a ton of hassle.  Some people are a little intimidated about figuring out the best printing methods, so I can take care of it if necessary.  Just let me know ahead of time which of us will be printing so I can format the design correctly.

Can I Meet With You in Person?
With two small kids, I do all of my correspondence through email or over the phone.

How Long Does it Take?
It depends.  I generally get a first proof completed within a day or two, but the delays are generally the result of people not checking their email, changing their wedding plans, changing their minds, etc.  If you want a speedy turnaround, make sure you give me everything I need at the beginning:  picture(s), all text information, size/format, colors/style/theme ideas, etc.

How Does Payment Work?
I don't make you pay anything until I design something you love.  Once we're in the final stages of the process, I'll have you either pay through PayPal or mail me a check.  Sorry, I don't accept credit cards.

What Can I Do to Make Sure I Get What I Want?
Since I can't read your mind, the best thing you can do is to communicate clearly.  Even better than words is by sending me pictures.  Find pictures of designs that you like and tell me what aspects you would like to see in your design.
